Jessina Mehu
Jess gently and intuitively guides students through somatic healing tools and embodied practices that have been instrumental in her own transformation. Her own healing path—from surviving abuse and deep losses to navigating life after trauma with CPTSD —has cultivated profound compassion and insight into human suffering. Drawing from intuitive channeling and her extensive background in somatic healing, Jess weaves together her certifications in trauma-informed Kundalini yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern modalities, creating deeply restorative experiences that foster balance, transformation, and self-reclamation.
